The contract shall come into being between the customer and Kingtools when the customer has placed an order, detailing his requirements and agreeing to be bound by theses terms and conditions and Kingtools has accepted the order.

Kingtools has the right to refuse an order.

Kingtools will hold all goods until payment has been received.

The goods are at risk to the customer upon receipt of goods.

Every effort has been taken to ensure all the information displayed on the website is accurate. Information on price changes and availability are subject to change even without notice, Kingtools makes no guarentees that the information represented on this website is current, accurate or complete. It is therefore that Kingtools make any representations or warranties that certain products or goods are fit for any particular purpose.

The purchase price and availability is determined on the order confirmation form.

      In certain cases Kingtools may need to increase the purchase price. This is only done in accordance to the manufactorers.

      Discontinued items from the manufactorers may not be available even though an order has gone through. In this case an alternative may be offered.

If Kingtools need to increase prices or change availability then Kingtools will notify the customer of any ammendments. If the customers are unhappy with the changes of an order then the customer may terminate the contract by giving Kingtools writen conformation before the dispatch of goods.

Kingtools may not be held responsible for injuries caused by mis-use of goods received.

Kingtools nor its employees, affiliates or representatives can be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect or consequential damages not within the conteplation of the parties at the time of the contract. Therefore not responsible for the loss or damage to goods and claims of third parties arising out of or in connection to the information, content and products included on the website.

Our aim for delivery is from same day dispatch to a maximum of 30 days from the order date. This can depend on on avaliability. If the goods have not been dispatched within the 30 days, then a full credit can apply.
