Any damaged goods must be marked damaged or unchecked if the relevant person isn't available to sign. It is best to refuse on delivery as damaged if damaged.
All claims for faulty goods must be reported to Kingtools within 7 days of signed receipt of goods.
The goods may have to be returned or at least be made available for inspection.
The goods if found faulty will then be replaced and where this is not possible a credit will apply.
If you the customer wish to return the goods, then you must contact Kingtools within 48hrs of receiving the goods. Any carriage costs will be asked to be payed by the customer and upon receipt of the goods they must be unused and in their unspoilt condition. If that is the case the a full product/s credit will apply.
Kingtools at their discretion may accept the return of goods, providing that the customer can provide the relevant invoice and product information against the goods that were supplied. A handling charge of upto 25% may be charged to cover re-stocking costs. In addition Kingtools will not be subject to any carriage charges (inbound & outbound). The appropriate credits will apply only if the goods are in thier unspoilt, unsed condition.
